Sardis
Forest
Welcome to the Sardis Forest website. With its tranquil, wooded setting,
The Sardis Forest neighborhood provides a welcome retreat from the municipal
life that lies just beyond its borders. Within minutes from Highway 51
and I-485, the neighborhood is comfortably nestled close to schools, shopping,
and several houses of worship.
Established and developed by the Willliam Trotter Company in 1976, some
residents are original home-owners, but families with children of all
ages are increasingly common again. The winding drives lined with cherry
trees often draw residents out for a stroll on the sidewalks.
The varied home styles suit the environment—many offer open floor
plans and wide decks for greater enjoyment of the natural surroundings.
The substantial lots (1/3+ acres) with mature oaks, maples, and pines
support a variety songbirds, squirrels, and other wildlife.
A neighborhood park adds a friendly touch and is a good way to meet your
neighbors. Park gate keys are available to HOA members. Volunteer membership
is available for only $50 if you are not a mandatory member.
Members of The Sardis
Forest Swim Club* enjoy the pool and tennis courts located within
the neighborhood, just a short walk or bicycle ride from the homes of
most residents. Additionally, The Sardis Forest Homeowners Association
actively works to maintain and enhance the quality of life that exists
here.
